Our ideal candidate has great customer service skills and can tackle everything from fielding customer concerns and scheduling appointments for our service department to make accurate calls about vehicle warranty protections. 57000 - 64500 yearly

• Address customer concerns and conduct thoughtful follow-up to ensure they are happy with repair work
• Relay relevant automotive technology and product knowledge to explain necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments
• Arrange for timely vehicle pick-up at the dealership following the completion of work orders
• Schedule appointments for service technicians
• Draft and review service contract coverage, warranty protections, cost estimates, work orders, and other documents for necessary repairs by service technicians

• Possess a valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs is necessary
• Previous experience working as a service technician or in a service department a plus
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
