Environmental Health and Safety Intern

We are currently hiring an Environmental Health, and Safety Intern in the Breinigsville, PA brewery. This is a 10‑week summer internship running from June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026. What you'll brew Establish strong and effective working relationships with internal and external customers to promote and support positive employee relations, company culture and employee engagement efforts within EHS. Support all administrative aspects within the EHS Department. Maintain monthly EHS training records and department completion percentages. Input critical EHS data for weekly and monthly KPIs. Maintain Good Catch tracker and input data as needed. Support annual medical clearance, respirator fit testing, and training. Prepare documentation and training supplies for multiple training sessions. Coordinate PPE room and PPE stations in various locations across the brewery. Execute EHS Department Purchase Orders and Work Orders. Coordinate monthly fire extinguisher inspections and follow‑up actions. Support various departments with labeling, signage, etc. Coordinate annual hoist, sling, and fall protection inspections. Lead monthly safety cultural activities such as safety puzzles and other safety‑related items. Maintain EHS electronic incident management system (Gensuite). Minimum Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and team‑building skills. Strong organizational ability and communication skills, with the ability to be flexible and shift priorities in a constantly changing work environment. Self‑starter, proactive. Proven conflict resolution skills; able to think through relatively complex issues and arrive at well‑thought conclusions. Demonstrated ability to be successful in a collaborative team environment. Highly effective multitasker; resourceful with a 'get‑it‑done, can‑do' attitude. Able to impact and effect positive change with a flexible, open‑minded, positive approach. Competent in using Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Access. Preferred Qualifications Experience executing basic EHS tasks such as respirator medical clearance, training, and fit testing. Experience maintaining and updating key EHS metrics. Knowledge of basic EHS programs/OSHA regulations. Direct experience coordinating audiometric testing and associated hearing conservation training.
