Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Ecosystem & TechnologyMotorola Solutions is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Ecosystem & Technology lead go-to-market strategy across our Public Safety, Defense, and Enterprise portfolios. This is a high-visibility, highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership—orchestrating priority cross-sector initiatives and storytelling to drive growth. This person will set vision and execute against it—a true player/coach who can zoom out to shape strategy and zoom in to build the collateral, integrated campaign or launch plan themselves.Who You AreYou are a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves—comfortable setting a vision and then personally executing against itYou are a creative storyteller with excellent communication skills that span writing, speaking, and presentingYou thrive leading highly cross-functional initiatives, building trust and alignment across teams inside and outside of Marketing.You are curious and adaptable—open to learning new technologies, audiences, and markets, and comfortable creatively problem-solving as priorities and information shiftsYou can take complex products, programs, or organizational changes and distill them into clear, concise, value-focused messages and plansYou are organized, with excellent follow-through, and can own high-priority projects end-to-end—from strategy to activationYou can admit mistakes, learn from them, and move forwardWhat You'll DoTechnology Partner MarketingDefine and own the technology partnership marketing strategy—including which alliances and ecosystem partners to prioritize—and build the playbook and governance model that scales partnership marketing across sectorsLead messaging, enablement, and campaigns that bring partner and ecosystem value to life for customers and partnersEcosystem Product MarketingLead ecosystem product marketing go-to-market strategy across three core sectors: Public Safety, Video, and Defense.Craft messaging and positioning that demonstrates the value of integrated solution and AI-driven capabilities across core personas and verticalsBe the voice of target audience definition, pain points, and white space opportunitiesDevelop sales enablement and integrated campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and pipelinePreferred Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related technical field7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketingDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives beyond core marketingExperience with partner or developer ecosystem marketing a plusExperience working with hardware/software or cloud (SaaS) solutions a plus, with an emphasis on public safety, security, or defense technologyStrong communication skills paired with a data-driven, consultative approach to complex B2B solution strategyDemonstrated ability to both set strategic direction and execute hands-on—comfortable operating as an individual contributor with outsized scope and visibilityBasic RequirementsBachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketingLegal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
