About the Opportunity

Greg Lunde State Farm Agency is looking for an Insurance Sales and Service Representative to join our team. This is primarily a sales-focused position with some service responsibilities and an opportunity to support our sales lead.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service. They should also be comfortable identifying customer needs, assisting with sales opportunities, and helping the agency deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and responsive service to existing State Farm customers.
• Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing inquiries, and other service needs.
• Process policy updates and maintain accurate customer information.
• Assist the sales lead with customer follow-up, quotes, and sales-related activities.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and refer or assist with those opportunities as appropriate.
• Help customers understand their coverage and available insurance options.
• Maintain organized records and ensure service requests are handled accurately and promptly.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Support the agency team in meeting customer service and business goals.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (must have or be able to obtain).
• Active Life & Health (L&H) insurance license (must have or be able to obtain).
• Previous insurance agency and/or sales experience is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable assisting with service while maintaining a primary focus on sales.
• Motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranted Base Pay: $45,000$48,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications.
