This post-acute rehab opportunity offers the chance to work with adult and geriatric patients while helping them improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall functional independence. Position Highlights Skilled Nursing Facility / Post-Acute Rehab 13-Week Travel Contract Full-Time Schedule Adult & Geriatric Patient Population Collaborative Rehab Team Virginia Beach, Virginia Area Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician orders. Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex patients. Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions. Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, OT, SLP, and case management. Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies and home exercise programs. Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
