Beloit Dental and Milton Family Dentistry are looking for an enthusiastic Full-timeFront Desk Associate t o join our team. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for coordinating the front desk activities in the office along with assisting other areas when directed. This position plays a key role in providing excellent customer service, managing patient interactions, and ensuring efficient workflow at the front desk. (This position will be 2 days in our Milton office and 2 days in our Beloit office) The ideal candidate will hold a friendly and professional demeanor, demonstrate excellent communication skills and compassion supporting the patient experience. Huebbe Parkway, Beloit, WI 53511 Milton Family Dentistry - 311 Parkview Dr. Milton, WI 53563 Office Schedule Monday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Milton) Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Milton) Our dedicated team includes One Office Manager Two FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call) Requirements Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar. Answer phone calls and address inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department. Verify patient information and insurance details. Appointment Management: Coordinate and schedule appointments based on dentist availability. Send appointment reminders to patients and confirm appointments. Handle appointment cancellations and rescheduling. Ensures re-care is being booked. Follows up with patients on unscheduled treatment plans. A dministrative Tasks : Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed. Handle patient registration and check-in/check-out processes. Process and verify insurance information. Collect and record payments for services rendered. Oversees and participates in collections of aged receivables. Team Coordination: Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists and other staff to ensure seamless patient care. Problem Resolution: Address patient concerns and resolve issues related to appointments, billing, or service. Collaborate with dental professionals to handle patient complaints effectively.
