Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and needs.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions while employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

  • Design and execute personalized treatment plans with specific goals tailored to each client’s situation and challenges.

  • Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate seamless care and optimize therapeutic outcomes.

  • Lead crisis intervention efforts, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring effective communication within the treatment team.

  • Conduct psychoeducation classes and lead support groups aimed at enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
