What we Provide Consistent, verified lead flow/lead pond access (no guessing where your next deal comes from) Weekly coaching + hands‑on, real‑world training Role Description This full‑time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area , with a mix of in‑office, in‑field, and work‑from‑home responsibilities. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and nurture leads, conduct buyer and seller consultations, and guide clients through the entire home‑buying and selling process. Daily tasks include scheduling and hosting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The role also involves maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, staying current on local market trends, and collaborating with internal team members and external partners such as lenders, inspectors, and title companies. The Real Estate Agent is expected to uphold The Heyl Group’s service standards and deliver a high‑quality client experience. Qualifications Active Real Estate License in the state of Georgia Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing transactions. Exceptional Customer Service abilities, with a client‑focused mindset and strong relationship‑building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines. Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, MLS platforms, and basic productivity tools.
