Job Description The Project Manager - Luxury Retail will: Manage luxury retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Oversee procurement, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Utilize Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office to drive project execution and reporting. Collaborate closely with executive leadership and field teams to ensure project success. Support projects throughout Boston, with potential exposure to projects in New York and Florida. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Luxury Retail should have: 8+ years of construction project management experience. Strong background managing high-end or luxury retail construction projects. Experience with commercial construction projects from start to finish. Proficiency with Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to commute to Wilmington, MA and project sites as needed. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
