We invite qualified professionals dedicated to excellence in hospitality services to apply and become an important part of our team.ResponsibilitiesAssist housekeeping staff in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas.Transport linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment to designated areas as required.Ensure all service carts and storage areas are stocked and organized efficiently.Promptly address maintenance issues or report damages in guest rooms and public spaces to the maintenance department.Respond courteously to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance or directing them to appropriate personnel.Remove trash and recyclable materials from guest rooms and public areas consistently throughout the day.Support setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces as needed, ensuring proper arrangement and cleanliness.RequirementsPrevious experience in housekeeping or related hospitality roles preferred but not mandatory.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and prolonged standing or walking.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies and adherence to safety protocols.Dependable, punctual, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
