Meat Cutter

Meat Cutter Responsible for meat operation including but not limited to preparing, storing, cutting, cleaning, and serving meat. Essential functions include monitoring food distribution, cleaning and sterilizing dishes and equipment, maintaining coolers and displays, observing shift hours, providing customer service, maintaining good communication with the meat manager, controlling shrink, recording hours worked, monitoring food preparation and serving, assisting in maintaining accurate bookkeeping systems, ensuring proper product rotation and temperature, using proper safety procedures, and cleaning and maintaining the meat department. Position qualifications include accountability, adaptability, autonomy, communication, creativity, customer orientation, detail orientation, energy, enthusiasm, friendliness, motivation, organization, patience, presentation skills, reliability, self-motivation, time management, and working under pressure. Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Experience: No prior experience necessary Physical demands include lifting, standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling.
