Agronomy Sales Manager

Gpac is has partnerred with a highly profitable agricultural company looking to add an Agronomy Sales Manager . This position is responsible for the daily performance and training of Agronomy employees.


Agronomy Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead agronomy sales efforts including sales and precision ag training and developing a consistent sales message for fertilizer and chemical to promote to customers.
  • Solicit large grower accounts and delegate the relationship to sales staff.
  • Develop and communicate individual sales and service objectives with the Agronomy personnel.
  • Identify potential business opportunities or projects
  • Establish sales goals and assign customers and prospects to sales personnel. Provide support by assisting with on-farm calls and hands on sales training.
Agronomy Sales Manager Requirements
  • Degree in related field and 5 years of experience in agronomy sales.
  • Familiarity with agricultural products, crop production cycles, and input management (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, etc.).
  • Experience in a leadership role managing sales teams or agronomy staff.
  • Strong ability to negotiate deals, manage client relationships, and drive sales performance.
  • Valid Driver's License



Comp: $90K-$110K base + strong bonus potential
