We focus on honest advice, dependable service, clear communication, and careful work in our customers' homes. Join our team in helping local homeowners make their homes comfortable, safe, and efficient. Part-time or full-time opportunities available. Based in Mahopac, NY, serving Westchester and Putnam Counties. Coordinate people, schedules, and projects so customers receive dependable service and field teams can do their best work. Responsibilities Coordinate daily service and installation schedules and resolve operating issues. Support field-team performance, communication, and job completion. Track operational results and identify practical improvements. Coordinate with company leadership on staffing, customer concerns, and priorities. Qualifications Relevant service-business operations or team-management experience. Ability to organize work, communicate expectations, and solve problems. HVAC or related home-service industry knowledge. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
