This role coordinates workflow and ensures timely order fulfillment and deliveries.Duties/Responsibilities* Receiving, picking, staging, and loading for accuracy and efficiency.* Ensures merchandise is handled with care and stored properly to maintain quality.* Productive and works with management to meet operational goals.* Communicates with routing administrators, drivers, and other departments to coordinate deliveries.* Ensures paperwork, delivery logs, and inventory records are completed accurately.* Assists with resolving order or inventory discrepancies.* Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse floor and staging lanes.* Assists with operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.* Performs other duties as assigned.### RequirementsRequirements/Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred.* 2+ years of warehouse/distribution experience.* Strong communication and organizational skills.* Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.* Self-motivated* Proficient in warehouse equipment (manual/electric pallet jacks, forklifts).* Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 200 lbs.* Commitment to enforcing safety standards and operational policies.* Basic computer proficiency; experience with inventory systems a plus.Equal Opportunity Employer Statement“We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workplace.
