Service Specialists provide a variety of support within our client locations. They cross train in multiple service areas such as filing, reception, hospitality, records, copy, mail, or other positions as applicable. Service Specialists are expected to provide support to all requests and flex services with a \"can do\" attitude and philosophy. This position requires a team player mentality, ability to deliver on service commitments timely, and communication skills both with our internal team and our client staff! Provide outstanding service to customers by ensuring the customer needs and requests as it relates to driving and the courier department by exceeding the expectations as governed by Epiq philosophy of customer service. Generally, reports to the Site Manager or Site Supervisor, depending on the size of the location. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities****Copy & Document Services*** Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot multifunction devices (MFDs), printers, copiers, scanners, and finishing equipment.* Produce, copy, scan, bind, laminate, and assemble documents according to client and business requirements.* Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and professional presentation of all deliverables.* Manage high-volume print and reproduction requests while meeting established deadlines.* Monitor copier and printer supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.* Maintain organized records of copy center activities and service requests.**Mail & Shipping Services*** Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and overnight shipments.* Coordinate courier and express delivery services.* Track, distribute, and document package deliveries.* Assist employees with shipping requirements and logistics support.* Maintain shipping and postage equipment and supplies.**Facilities & Workplace Support*** Support the setting up and break down of conference rooms, meetings, trainings, and special events when needed.* Monitor office supplies and replenish as necessary.* Support office moves, furniture installations, workstation changes, and space.**Administrative Responsibilities*** Maintain accurate service logs, inventory records, and operational reports.* Assist with supply ordering when necessary.* Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.* Support special projects and other duties as assigned.**Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.* Minimum 2 years of experience in copy services and office services in a law firm environment.* Experience operating printing and reproduction equipment preferred.* Knowledge of mail, shipping, and courier services.* Strong customer service and communication skills.* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.* Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater* Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.* Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time The Compensation range for this role is 21.00 to 24.00 USD per hour.
