Summary Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, helping drive store performance and support brand standards. This in-store role focuses on styling, customer connection, and contributing to sales goals while maintaining visual and operational standards. The position is entry-level and provides opportunities for development into leadership roles. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling to exceed customer expectations. Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs (SPH, data capture) and support team sales objectives. Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house. Support operational tasks including opening/closing duties, floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and maintaining visual standards. Participate in company trainings and communicate product and customer feedback to management. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience preferred; ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Ability to operate the register and perform sales floor and back-of-house tasks; stand and walk for multiple hours. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor, stock/dressing room, and office areas.
