Senior Compliance Advisor

Job Description Conducting and updating AML/CFT risk assessments Carrying out ongoing transaction monitoring Drafting and reviewing of policies and procedures Carrying out gap analysis and process audits Assisting with implementing remediation plans Ensuring the organisation is adhering to policies and procedures Liaising with internal and external departments Providing training and guidance to employee Qualifications If you are in possession of a Law, Finance and/or a related Degree, with previous working experience working within the industry, then this one’s for you. Knowledge AML/CFT EU and Maltese framework is considered a plus. One must be professional and self‑motivated, organised and highly analytical. Moreover, possess strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work within a fast‑paced environment. Fluency in the English language is considered a must.
