** AP Specialist – Part time 20 hours per week (Contract)**
Napa, CA (onsite required)

** You ** are an accounting professional who will be responsible for executing daily accounting tasks, primarily in accounts payable, and providing general office support. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional with strong communication skills, capable of managing vendor and internal interactions with professionalism and efficiency.

** This position pays ** : $30.00 to $35.00 per hour

** What you will be doing ** :

• Process accounts payable including invoice matching and check requests
• Verify, code, and input invoice data into QuickBooks
• Resolve payment issues and respond to internal/external inquiries
• Reconcile accounts payable and related general ledger accounts
• Communicate with management and vendors regarding payment and invoice discrepancies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

** What you bring: **

• 2 years of Accounting support experience
• Experience in Accounts Payable and MS Excel
• Experience with Stampli AP and Business Central preferred
• Ability to navigate Accounting systems
• Familiarity with general accounting principles and financial reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professionalism when dealing with vendors, team members, and management
