As an ALS Paramedic with MedStar Health’s Emergency Services team, you will deliver advanced life support care to critically ill and injured patients across the Maryland–Washington, D.C. region. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and life-saving interventions, and ensure safe transport to definitive care. In MedStar’s patient-first, mission-driven environment, you’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and EMS professionals, access advanced clinical protocols and training, and grow your career while serving diverse communities with compassionate, evidence-based care.
