Graphic Designer (FT)

: iKrusher is one of the leading brands of vape technology hardware. The HQ is located near Los Angeles, California, in the City of Arcadia, and includes R&D in its facility. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to produce digital, including 3D modeling, rendering, photography, video editing and print, and creative solutions to address our marketing needs. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of brand and style guides, graphic design, layout, 3D/360, and video editing techniques specific to the vape industry. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, social media, brochures, and product packaging. You report to and work closely with the senior graphic Designer to help assist with multiple projects and promote our brand by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Marketing team on all creative and design projects, from conception to delivery.
• Design marketing materials, including ads, emails, websites, social media, visual displays, catalogs, flyers, infographics, etc.
• Apply the approved guidelines for branding, style, images, video, etc. in all the design and creative materials.
• Enforce the design protocol within the creative team for all the visual projects to ensure “zero” mistakes in the output.
• Plan and organize the creative and design projects in Teamwork project management software and keep track of the start and end dates as scheduled.
• Coordinate the requested design services with other teams within iKrusher. Initiate the assessment with the requestors to figure out what they need exactly and how and when we can deliver the result on time and within budget.
• Initiate and host creative and concept discussions with the relevant parties for the new and current projects. Take the meeting minutes and enforce the final decisions in the creative and design.
• Responsible for creating and organizing the “libraries” for the current and future design in the shared folders to minimize the repetitious tasks in the overall workflows.
• Research the market to learn the latest vaping and cannabis industry development, creative and software technology, vendors that meet our preset criteria, etc.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of minimum working experience in the related field. Experience in a vape cartridge, e-cigarette, or cannabis-related industry is a PLUS.
• BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
• Must have a portfolio of completed design projects for review.
• Able to translate the business needs into creative and design works and to maximize the convincing points.
• Knowledge of Windows PC or Mac and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling & rendering, and video editing is a PLUS.
• Well organized with design assets and files for our internal server for future use.
• Able to sort out the priority of the tasks requested and communicate with different departments who will send the requests for graphic assistance.
• Express ideas are clearly written and graphically.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine an assortment of colors, fonts, and layouts.
• Attention to detail includes visual and written text.
• The ability to take constructive criticism for improvement.
• The ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with the marketing team

Position : Full-time Hourly Benefits:

• Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
