Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

We're Hiring!

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Courtney Gulledge - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Responsibilities include:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications include:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

About Our Agency

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Mandeville.
Our office is open 9:00-5:00.
We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
