Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seekingan Estimator to join our office in Las Vegas, NV.About Fisk ElectricIf it’s electric, Fisk Electric Company has it covered.Since 1913, Fisk has been one of the nation’s leading providers for the design, installation and maintenance of electrical systems, structured cabling applications, integrated electronic security systems, and building technology solutions.During our storied history, we have gained experience on virtually every building type or unusual site condition in every region of the United States as well as the Middle East, Spain, the Virgin Islands, and the Caribbean.Notable projects include Formula 1 and City Center projects in Las Vegas for MGM, data center projects, T-Mobile Arena, UNLV, DAS Projects for 5G services as well as high end retail stores such as Gucci, Fendi, Neiman Marcus and Tapestry.Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional TalentDESCRIPTION:As an Estimator at Fisk Electric, reporting to the Chief Estimator, you will have the opportunity to:Responsible for multiple systems on resort hotels, high-end retail, data centers, and F1 projectsParticipate in fully engineered estimates up to $5MUnderstand the concepts and process of conceptual estimates and budgets up to $1MReview the scope specified within the proposal and ensure estimates include appropriate scopeDevelop detailed cost estimates and proactively identify deficiencies and/or questions; actively assist the project team toward the answersReview contract documents and contract modifications to determine scope of work and equitable cost allowance for scope changesProficient with estimating softwareWorking knowledge of McCormick and BluebeamProven accuracy, reliability and completeness in job accomplishmentEffective oral and written communication skillsReview Estimate take-offsUnderstanding and familiarity with NECREQUIREMENTS:High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management or similar is preferred2 or more years of electrical estimating experience2 or more years experience working for an electrical subcontractorComputer literate and able to quickly master and apply department’s computer systems and softwareFisk Electric builds extraordinary projects and we need exceptional talent.
