Licensed Psychotherapist

Congruent Psychotherapy, based in Saint Louis, Missouri, is dedicated to fostering a community of independence, growth, and autonomy. We are a group of specialized psychotherapists who strive towards developing professional community and provide catered and professional services to the Greater Saint Louis Area. We focus on providing an environment for clinicians to feel cared for in a field that typically overlooks care and investment in the clinician. We are looking to expand our team and find a practitioner who shares these values. Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Licensed Psychotherapist, based in the Greater St. Louis area. The psychotherapist will provide individual and relationship counseling, support clients with mental health challenges, and apply evidence‑based practices to promote client well‑being. Responsibilities also can include conducting assessments, maintaining treatment plans, participating in peer consultations, and upholding client confidentiality and ethical standards. Qualifications Strong background in Psychology and Counseling Expertise in Mental Health and Relationship Counseling Knowledge of Medicine as it relates to therapeutic practices and mental health care Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with a valid state license for psychotherapy or counseling in Missouri Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in psychodynamic or insight‑oriented therapy is a plus Proficiency in maintaining client records and managing a flexible work schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr Congruent Psychotherapy
