Apartment Community Manager - HOA (Multifamily) Competitive Pay! Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401K, & Bonuses We are seeking a Apartment Community Manager (HOA) to oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial performance of a multifamily community. This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills to ensure high resident satisfaction and property success. Responsibilities: Lead and support on-site team Manage budgets, rent collection, and reporting Oversee leasing, marketing, and occupancy goals Provide excellent resident service in English and Spanish Ensure compliance with policies and housing laws Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish (recommended) 2+ years in property/community management Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of fair housing and landlord-tenant laws If you’re organized, motivated, and looking to grow in property management, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Butler & College, LLC
