Part-Time Community Associate

Community Associate Location: 2500 Regency Parkway, 27518 Cary, North Carolina About the role As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center. Your job is to take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business. A typical day includes preparing the center before opening, assisting customers with Wi‑Fi code changes, package delivery, room directions, and setting up equipment. You will also handle invoicing and service portal tickets, take coffee breaks, sort mail, and help with printing and billing. In the afternoon you’ll collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, send e‑invites, create posters, and recruit prospective members. You’ll finish the day by ensuring groups wrap up smoothly and the center is tidy. About you We’re looking for someone best at managing multiple tasks while providing the best possible service.
