Great benefits, competitive pay, and an uplifting culture are just a few of the ways we say thank you to our incredible team members!ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:5+ years of project management experience10+ years of electrical experienceKnowledge of contracting, budget development, tracking expenses, and performance managementUnderstanding of construction technology, equipment, methods, and industry standardsIn-depth knowledge of NFPA codes and strong problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with estimating programs, Word, Outlook, and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLeadership skills and a professional demeanorAbility to manage projects from estimate through closeoutCapability to run multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsFlexibility to work in various weather conditionsWHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?You will start your day by reviewing blueprints and developing detailed project plans and estimates. Throughout the day, you will coordinate manpower with the scheduler, manage material procurement, and oversee vendor and subcontractor contracts. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and inspectors, ensuring that every project is progressing smoothly and profitably. Your focus will be on maintaining high safety standards, solving challenges as they arise, and guiding each project from estimate to close out.
