Cultivation Lead

Job Summary Lead Cultivation Agent responsible for overseeing daily plant production and health, ensuring quality control and compliance within the greenhouse, and managing a team of cultivation staff. Responsibilities Manage cultivation staff, schedules, processes, and inventory. Qualifications Experience training, leading, or mentoring junior staff or new hires. Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and facility operations. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills; manufacturing experience preferred. Computer literacy in word processing, point‑of‑sale systems, and database management. Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law. Ability to perform duties in varying weather conditions. Proficiency in Windows‑based software and POS applications. Requires work around plant material, exposure to pollen or dust. Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks with hands for extended periods. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
