Labor, Employment, Workplace Safety Senior Associate

We are seeking a mid to senior level associate to join the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety (LEWS) practice in our dynamic Newark office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience advising, litigating, and investigating employment and labor issues, and drafting and reviewing employment policies and employment-related documents. The ideal candidate will also have some experience with respect to the employment aspects of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills are prerequisites. Trial experience is a plus but not required. Candidates must be self-starters with the ability to work individually and in teams. Base Compensation $220,000 - $250,000/ year The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. #J-18808-Ljbffr K&L Gates
