Senior Facilities Project Manager

Facilities Project Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing) Overview Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead construction initiatives within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role will drive projects across cleanrooms, labs, and office spaces, ensuring efficient execution in complex, highly regulated facilities. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end construction projects across cleanroom, lab, and office environments Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery Develop project plans, cost estimates, and manage financial performance Partner with cross-functional teams (Facilities, EHS, IT, Design) to translate requirements into execution plans Oversee contractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain alignment and performance Manage RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations Ensure compliance with permitting, safety, and environmental standards Track project progress, mitigate risks, and provide updates to leadership Support project closeout, including documentation and turnover Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience managing construction projects Experience supporting large capital projects and budgets Strong understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, structural, etc.) Experience with tools such as MS Project, Excel, Procore, or Smartsheet Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing environments Familiarity with LEED standards and building codes PMP certification or Professional Engineer (P.E.) license Compensation Salary range for this role is $109,000 - $150,700 per year , based on experience and qualifications.
