What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Proven experience in outpatient therapy, ideally with orthopedic and sports patient populations
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to motivate and engage patients of all ages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team-focused environment

Additional Skills That Enhance Your Candidacy:

• Bilingual abilities
• Experience with pediatric or aquatic therapy
• Knowledge of the latest rehabilitation techniques and technologies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid state license as a Licensed Physical Therapist
• Prior outpatient clinic experience preferred
• No requirement for new grads; experienced professionals encouraged to apply
• First-time travel therapists welcomed to bring fresh perspectives

Other Requirements:

• Outpatient experience preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week; productivity expectation of 12-14 patient visits daily
• Willingness to float to other clinics is not required but appreciated if available
• Must have or be willing to obtain necessary licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements applicable

Offering a competitive hourly rate of $53.60, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program, this position provides excellent support including paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable.
