Are you a passionate BCBA who thrives on making a meaningful impact in students' lives? We're seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary-aged students in a school-based setting through behavioral assessments, intervention planning, staff collaboration, and student-centered support.
In this role, you'll serve as a leader and consultant, helping create positive learning environments while empowering students, educators, and families with effective behavioral strategies.
?? What You'll Do
? Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
? Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
? Provide consultation, coaching, and training to educational staff
? Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress
? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
? Promote positive behavioral outcomes through evidence-based practices
? Ensure compliance with professional and educational standards

Location: Morgan Hill, CA
Setting: School-Based | Elementary
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week
?? Pay Rate: Up to $85/Hour
?? Travel Packages Available for Qualified Travelers
Behavioral Support Level: Medium
Medical Support Level: Level 3
? Qualifications
Current BCBA Certification through the BACB required
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
School-based behavioral experience preferred
Minimum one year of pediatric experience preferred
Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills
Current CPR certification and health requirements as applicable
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age

Minimum Requirements:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
