Registered Nurse Opportunity

Location: Mauston, WI

Specialty: Med/Surg

Position Type: Travel

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation: $1926 - $2321 | Shift: 3x12 Days

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized nursing care tailored to each patient's needs.
Create and document care plans based on thorough assessments and diagnoses.
Act swiftly in life-threatening situations with appropriate interventions.
Administer medications, including IV therapy, with accuracy.
Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain a safe environment while adhering to infection control protocols.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
Current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license is required.
BLS certification is mandatory or must be obtained within one month of hire.
ACLS certification is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
