We provide a wide range of programs and services that enhance the quality of life for over 1,400 individuals across 33 locations, including group homes, employment centers, and community programs.

Job Title: 35-hr  Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Day Hab Program / Employment Services 

Job Type : Full time: 9 am - 4 pm (Monday to Friday)

Location : Within Somerset County |At the group home residences within the community.

Pay: $18.91/hr

Education:  HS Diploma or GED required

Eligibility/Experience Requirements :

• Valid Driver’s license
• One year’s experience I/DD (preferred)

Job Description:

• Assist consumers, as needed, in skill development, activities of daily living, personal care, domestic living, recreation and socialization
• Ensure assigned clients’ nutritional needs; assisting with feeding as necessary
• Assist consumers in nutritional planning, grocery shopping and preparation of all meals.
• Collaborate on the development/implementation of consumers’ Individual Service plans (ISP).
• Train and support consumers in all areas of their ISP.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Train and support consumers in the community including: social, recreational, cultural, religion and education networks.
