Job Details:

• Organize and provide care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Serve as a team leader and delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions
• Provide direct patient care to acute mental health patients while supporting families through education and updates
• Contribute to meeting the mission and goals of the facility and serve the surrounding community
• Meet the requirements of the Joint Commission and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies
• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing required
• Behavioral health experience as an RN, BHT, or intern/capstone student preferred
• Current nursing licensure in Minnesota required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within one month of hire
• Position is 0.8 FTE working 8-hour shifts on a day/evening rotation with every other weekend required
• Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7,500 for ADN or $10,000 for BSN
