Job Description
Required Education:
• Associate's Degree
• College or university degree and/or equivalent experience Technical Skills (Required):
• 3+ years of experience (can include internship experience)
• Experience with Workday Recruiting
• Experience in recruiting, human resources, or marketing
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience managing calendars and scheduling events
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications used in recruitment Soft Skills (Required):
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivation and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Disqualifiers / Overqualifications:
• Inability to be in office five days per week Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team, including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates and scheduling interviews
• Assist and coordinate recruiting activities among assigned Sourcers, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters
• Assist in interview scheduling with hiring managers or administrative assistants
• Schedule interviews with prospective candidates
• Send interview information to candidates and hiring managers
• Oversee/coordinate offer letters, contracts roll-out process, background/reference check process, security clearances, and other pre-hire/transfer activities
• Assist in execution of all pre-hire activities including collection of documents
• Support gathering data required to create new hire record and update recruitment applications (Taleo/PeopleSoft) as required to prepare record for submission to HR Shared Services
• Ensure day one paperwork and documentation required for creation of personnel files is collected and forwarded to group responsible for document management
