SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE - Full time: $7500

. RN Supervisor Afternoons 3PM to 11:30PM

• RN Supervisor Nights 11PM to 7:30AM

Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services, in accordance with our standards and state regulations

• Monitor and report on patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff members, promoting a culture of respect and collaboration

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and participate in nursing education and training programs

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

Registered Nurse Supervisor Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Pennsylvania

• Experience in a long-term care setting (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service
