EBILL HARVEST PROCESSOR Department: Single Family Location: Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Wage: $13.50 + Performance Tiers Overview Our E-bill Processors find electronic bills on utility provider websites and input them into the Conservice database to begin processing. If the bill isn't online, you are responsible for investigating why it's not there and tracking it down. You will have the opportunity to navigate websites and coordinate with utility providers as you solve these problems for our clients. You will be contacting and working with utility providers over the phone and through email. Come join a diverse team that values working hard to solve problems and developing future leaders. Responsibilities
- Navigate utility provider websites to access and harvest utility bills
- Input bill information for processing
- Coordinate with utility providers through phone and email to resolve issues
- Identify inefficient processes and find innovative solutions
- Investigate bills missing from the provider websites
- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
- High phone usage- more than 50% of the day making outbound calls to providers
- Comfortable using a computer to navigate provider websites
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking to understand the "why" behind the issue
- Able to prioritize your workload to meet deadlines and clients' needs
- Adaptability to solve different problems and approach different projects
- High School Diploma or equivalent
