Payroll Implementation Specialist

Leading the end-to-end implementation of new payroll bureau clients, the full-time remote Customer Solutions Specialist will manage the entire implementation lifecycle, including system configuration, data migration, training, and ongoing support while acting as a trusted advisor to bureau partners. Key responsibilities Lead full-cycle implementations for new payroll bureau clients, from kickoff through go-live Configure the EarnIn Payroll platform to meet specific business rules and client requirements Manage data migration activities, ensuring accuracy in extracting, mapping, validating, and importing payroll data Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in the payroll or HCM industry, with hands-on system implementation experience Proven experience managing full-cycle software implementations for B2B/SaaS platforms Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax compliance, and payroll data structures Experience with payroll data migration, including data mapping and validation Payroll or HR certification or equivalent professional credential preferred
