We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and treats customers like neighbors because that's exactly what they are. Duties And Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Clearly explain options and solutions to homeowners Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan Deliver a level of service that earns online reviews Participate in weekly team meetings and check-ins What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities

• 5,000 sign-on bonus for techs with 3+ years experience $2,500 at 6 months
