Job Summary: Detail-oriented anddependable Office Assistantwith experience providingadministrative and customerservice support ina professional officeenvironment. Skilled in managingdaily office operations, greeting customers andvisitors, answering inquiries, processing paperwork andmail, maintaining officesupplies, and assistingwith invoicing andfinancial tasks. Strongorganizational, communication, and multitasking skillswith a commitmentto accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customerservice. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, visitors, and team members in a professional and courteousmanner. Manage authorized accessto the officeand facility. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, donations, invoices,and general services. Provide administrative and clerical support toSales, Operations, Vending, and Service teams. Process incoming and outgoingmail, maintain postagesupplies, and coordinateroutine mail distribution. Orderand maintain officesupplies and ensureadequate inventory. Performdaily maintenance andorganization of officeequipment and breakroomareas. Assist with invoicing, documentation, data entry, filing, and other finance-related administrativetasks. Maintain anorganized, clean, andprofessional front officeenvironment. Complete additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.
