Front Desk ReceptionistWe are looking for a high-energy candidate to fill our full-time front-desk receptionist position. This candidate should have a dynamic personality and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Steel Dynamics, Inc offers a tremendous compensation package as well as the opportunity to grow with the company.Responsibilities:Operation of a multi-line, fast-paced switchboard, M-F 8 am-5 pmOpen and distribute daily incoming and outgoing mailMonitor front door, greet, and sign in all visitorsOrganize, maintain, and re-order office suppliesMaintain and distribute plant-wide contact listAssist the Finance Department with various duties, including, but not limited to: Supporting the payables/receivables teams as neededDocument scanning and filingProvide administrative help for special projects/initiatives as needed.Qualifications:RequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong oral and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and stay organizedProficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPointAbility to maintain utmost confidentiality and work with people from all levels and backgroundsWilling to go the "extra mile" for service and problem resolutionPreferredSome post-secondary education in business/accounting or equivalent experience in accounts payable or accounts receivablePrevious experience on a multi-line switchboardPrior experience in a manufacturing environmentSteel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.
