We're seeking a Senior Director of International Growth & Strategic Partnerships to lead our global expansion strategy and help shape the next phase of our international growth story. In this highly visible leadership role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while developing and executing strategies that expand our global footprint, strengthen international partnerships, and accelerate long-term business growth.

What You'll Do

As the leader of our international growth function, you will:

Develop and Execute Global Growth Strategy

• Lead the enterprise-wide strategy for international expansion across priority global markets.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new market opportunities based on growth potential, strategic fit, regulatory considerations, and organizational readiness.
• Create and execute multi-year growth plans aligned with corporate objectives, revenue goals, and long-range business strategy.
• Drive market prioritization, expansion sequencing, and international commercial planning.

Build World-Class Global Partnerships

• Develop and strengthen relationships with international distributors, strategic partners, and global marketplace organizations.
• Lead complex negotiations involving distributor agreements, strategic alliances, licensing opportunities, and multi-market partnerships.
• Establish frameworks for partner governance, accountability, performance management, and long-term value creation.
• Serve as the primary owner of global marketplace partner relationships, ensuring strong alignment with company objectives and brand standards.

Lead Cross-Functional Global Execution

• Collaborate closely with Regulatory, Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Wholesale teams to successfully enter and scale new markets.
• Influence enterprise resource allocation, priorities, and investment decisions to support international growth initiatives.
• Drive forecasting, business reviews, performance monitoring, and strategic planning processes that improve visibility and execution.

Shape the Future of the Business

• Monitor global market trends, competitive activity, geopolitical developments, and regulatory changes.
• Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modeling, ROI analysis, and risk assessment.
• Provide executive leadership with strategic recommendations, business insights, and growth plans.
• Champion innovation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision-making, forecasting accuracy, and commercial effectiveness.

Lead a High-Performing Team

• Provide strategic leadership for the international business function.
• Develop organizational capability, succession plans, and scalable team structures that support long-term growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in international business development, strategic partnerships, commercial leadership, distributor management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling international growth strategies across multiple global markets.
• Proven experience developing strategic partnerships that drive meaningful business growth and long-term value.
• Strong commercial negotiation, financial analysis, and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing enterprise-level decision-making.
• Progressive leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience within consumer products, health and wellness, nutritional supplements, or related industries.
• Experience overseeing market-entry strategies, distributor networks, regulatory coordination, and brand governance.
• P&L responsibility and direct ownership of significant revenue growth initiatives.
• Passion for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance business performance and decision-making.
