Creative content manager in iGaming

Описание Мы — динамично развивающаяся компания в сфере iGaming. Развиваем несколько продуктов и бизнес-направлений в рамках крупной экосистемы. Ищем Creative Content Manager , который будет придумывать креативные концепции для стримов, Telegram, YouTube и других платформ и самостоятельно воплощать их в жизнь. Мы ждём от вас сочетания творческого мышления, навыков создания контента и менеджерской вовлечённости. Вы будете ежедневно работать в связке с маркетинг-менеджером, участвовать в запуске спецпроектов и акционных механик и выстраивать работу с подрядчиками и командой. Задачи Создание визуального и текстового контента своими руками: фото, видео, рекламные материалы и готовые публикации, в том числе с помощью AI-инструментов. Разработка контент-планов с учётом целей бренда и интересов аудитории. Разработка и воплощение креативных концепций — от идеи до готового результата. Создание креативных механик, активностей и спецпроектов и их продвижение на всех площадках. Управление процессами производства и размещения контента: поиск подрядчиков, постановка задач, согласование стоимости, организация оплаты, контроль сроков и качества. Организация съёмок: коммуникация с участниками, партнёрами и внутренней командой. Публикация материалов в нужное время и контроль соблюдения контент-плана. Работа с основными каналами: стримы, Telegram, YouTube и Instagram. Взаимодействие с командой контента (дизайнер, копирайтер) и постановка задач. Продвижение новых продуктов и партнёрских проектов. В дальнейшем: участие в развитии процессов контент-направления. Требования Опыт работы в iGaming (обязательно). Опыт работы в контент-маркетинге, креативных или медиапроектах от 1,5 лет. Умение генерировать оригинальные идеи и доводить их до готового результата. Навыки создания видео- и фотоконтента, понимание визуальных форматов для социальных сетей. Уверенный опыт работы с AI-инструментами для создания изображений и видео (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Gemini, Nano Banana, Higgsfield и аналогичные). Понимание аудитории iGaming и умение придумывать контент и активности, которые повышают её вовлечённость. Опыт координации задач: организация съёмок, работа с подрядчиками, управление сроками. Знание Telegram как основной площадки для продвижения. Ответственность, самостоятельность и умение работать в динамичной среде. Условия Полностью удалённый формат работы.
