Layman Distributing is looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to assist customers, process orders, answer questions, and support daily office operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails
• Assist customers with orders, pricing, and product questions
• Enter and update orders accurately
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Provide order status and shipping updates
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Handle concerns professionally
• Assist with basic administrative tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service or office experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel & Office Suite
• Organized and able to multitask
• Friendly, dependable, and professional

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.

Pay & Benefits

$18/hour, based on experience. Benefits include health insurance and 401(k).
