A state of the art, Primary Care Medical Center/Patient Centered Medical Home located in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Lead Primary Care Physician to join their growing team. This role will be ~50% clinical/~50% administrative. In-House Services In-house Pharmacy IV and Infusion treatment Diagnostic testing Transportation door to door Psychiatrist services for Behavioral/Mental Health and Substance Abuse patients Psychologist on staff Schedule Monday – Friday, 8am – 5 pm, 1 hour for lunch NO weekends, evenings or holidays required! Compensation $250,000-$280,000/yr, dependent on experience, plus a 10% performance bonus Extensive benefits package including generous PTO, affordable healthcare coverage, tuition reimbursement and more! Lead Physician Responsibilities Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team consisting of nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, social workers, RN case managers, medical assistants, administrative staff, etc. Supervise and coach a team of Nurse Practitioners as they provide primary care services for an underserved/at-risk population. Provide primary care services to a panel of members. Oversee clinical staff development and performance. Help reduce preventable ER visits and hospitalizations.
