How You’ll Make an Impact Lead the Jobsite: Oversee subcontractors, coordinate daily activities, and proactively ensure project needs are met. Manage Project Cost & Scope: Verify subcontractor work, track changes, and communicate scope adjustments to the project manager. Keep the Schedule on Track: Plan and coordinate work efficiently, notify subcontractors in advance, and keep teams aligned. Ensure High-Quality Work: Monitor progress daily, address deficiencies early, and uphold a zero-punch list mindset. Oversee MEP Systems: Partner with subcontractors to ensure proper installation, scheduling, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems. Execute a Smooth Close-Out: Work with the project manager to ensure seamless project turnover with a strong close-out and commissioning plan. What You Bring to the Team Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including installation and troubleshooting. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and directing subcontractors. Clear communication skills to coordinate across project teams, subcontractors, and owners. Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven- you don’t wait for problems, you solve them. Tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn new construction management tools.
