Project Manager

PDS Project Manager This role provides reliable, timely, and professional support, leading day‑to‑day project management activities while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments. Maintain on‑site presence 4–5 days per week. Develop scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects. Identify and address potential risks related to project scope, budget, and logistics. Create, coordinate, and track all Vendor Request for Proposals (RFPs). Interact and negotiate with contractors and vendors. Prepare and update project status reports, process invoices, and maintain financial tracking files. Track project schedule against the critical path to identify risk. Coordinate vendor and contractor activities based on scope and schedule, including critical support spaces. Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost‑effective manner. Utilize Project Development Services technology as required for assigned projects. Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 5+ years of relevant project management experience. Track record of delivering complex commercial construction projects across a wide array of project types. Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials. Proficiency in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and local jurisdictional regulations. Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes. Ability to prepare and track budgets, forecasts, schedules, and risk assessments. Ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management applications. Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no visa sponsorship provided). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline). LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. AIA (American Institute of Architects) professional membership or credentials. PE (Professional Engineer) license. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Compensation Estimated salary: 100,000.00 – 115,000.00 USD per year. Location Las Vegas, NV and Palo Alto, CA (on‑site). Benefits 401(k) plan with company matching.
