X-Ray Technician in New Brunswick, NJ

An opportunity is available for an experienced imaging professional skilled in X-ray technology, with contract roles for X-ray Technologists. This position offers flexible scheduling options, including day, evening, and night shifts, to support a dynamic medical team. Candidates will rotate every other weekend.


Schedule & Availability:

• Rotating schedule includes every other weekend

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an X-ray Tech or Radiologic Technologist
• Expertise in operating Siemens and Philips radiology equipment
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record systems
• Valid certification or licensure relevant to X-ray/imaging technology
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, patient-centered environments

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
• Accurately position patients to obtain optimal imaging results while ensuring their safety and comfort
• Operate Siemens and Philips imaging equipment and troubleshoot as needed
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation in EPIC and comply with hospital protocols
• Ensure radiation safety measures are strictly followed at all times
• Support clinical staff and communicate effectively with patients and team members
