Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $275,000 – $360,000 annually (based on experience)
• Additional Compensation: First-year bonus guaranteed at $50,000

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU with a 36-bed capacity
• Manage advanced therapies including High Frequency Ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide, and Total Body Cooling
• Collaborate with subspecialty teams such as Cardiology, Neurology, and Endocrinology
• Participate in patient coverage, including potential call and weekend duties
• Engage in a multidisciplinary team providing expert neonatal care
• Contribute to a community that offers an excellent quality of life and professional development

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Open to J1 visa candidates
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and communication skills
