Administrative Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Accountant to support our financial operations and administrative processes. Position Overview The Administrative Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions while supporting administrative and client-related documentation. This role requires strong proficiency in QuickBooks, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Tasks * Process sales invoices, purchase invoices, and expenses using QuickBooks * Perform bank and credit card reconciliations * Prepare and manage estimates and financial reports * Track mileage and maintain accurate financial records * Generate reports to support business operations and decision-making Administrative & Client Support * Prepare and send professional and legal project-related documentation * Communicate with clients and vendors regarding invoices, documentation, and project timelines * Maintain organized digital and physical records * Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications * Proven experience with QuickBooks (required) * Strong knowledge of accounting processes (AP/AR, reconciliations, reporting) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail * Professional communication skills and business acumen * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Self-motivated, reliable, and efficient Preferred Qualifications * Notary certification (a plus, not required) * Experience in construction or contractor-based accounting (preferred) What We Offer * Competitive compensation based on experience * Stable, full-time position with a growing company * Supportive and team-oriented work environment * Opportunity to grow within the organization * Option to work Hybrid Apply Today If you are a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong QuickBooks experience and a proactive mindset, we encourage you to apply and join National Insulators LLC.
